The Legend of Edgar 1.31

The Legend of Edgar has been updated to 1.31. The major change in this release is the update to SDL2, which should allow the game to work on more platforms. Note that whilst the game has been run through from start to finish, some bugs may still remain.

* Updated game to use SDL2

* Updated Esperanto translation
