Quite a number of things went wrong along the way, many of which I blamed on the environment and other things that I was working with. After much work on Project: Starfighter, I decided it was time to try my hand at a different game genre. I'd always fancied making a platform game, something where you could explore a world, collect items, and battle the enemies within. And so, Metal Blob Solid was born, and much like Project: Starfighter it found a place in the hearts of many gamers. Many challenges lay ahead in making this game, but, as always, they would good fun to tackle and overcome.
